SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Potlatch Corporation (NYSE:PCH) has declared a quarterly distribution on the Company's common stock. The distribution of $0.51 per share is payable March 26, 2010, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2010.
