Harris Williams & Co. Advises Agdata in Its Sale to SFW Capital Partners, LLC

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Harris Williams & Co. announces that Agdata, a division of AGDATA, L.P., owned by founder Verl Purdy and Carousel Capital (Carousel), has been purchased by SFW Capital Partners, LLC (SFW). Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive advisor to Agdata. Both Mr. Purdy and Carousel have retained an interest in the company, and Mr. Purdy will continue to serve on the Agdata Board of Directors. The transaction was led by David Joncas, Garin Arevian and Rahul Swani from the firm’s Technology, Telecom & Digital Media (TTDM) Group, and Turner Bredrup and David Keys from the firm’s Richmond office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
