Technology Services Europe 2010 Raises the Bar for Successful Delivery of Services in the New Decade

SAN DIEGO & BARCELONA, Spain--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) concluded Technology Services Europe 2010 (TSE 2010) with a closing keynote from noted IT innovation expert Dr. Hans van Grieken, who capped an inspiring three days of sessions devoted to “Services in the New Tech Landscape.” More than 160 senior executives from Europe’s technology services community attended the conference held this week in Barcelona.

Dr. van Grieken, vice president of business innovation at Capgemini Nederland B.V., offered stimulating observations on the current and emerging landscape in the worldwide technology industry, noting the shifting boundaries between systems integrators and technology product companies and the future consequences of emerging new service delivery technologies.
