SAN DIEGO & BARCELONA, Spain--()--The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) concluded Technology Services Europe 2010 (TSE 2010) with a closing keynote from noted IT innovation expert Dr. Hans van Grieken, who capped an inspiring three days of sessions devoted to “Services in the New Tech Landscape.” More than 160 senior executives from Europe’s technology services community attended the conference held this week in Barcelona.

Dr. van Grieken, vice president of business innovation at Capgemini Nederland B.V., offered stimulating observations on the current and emerging landscape in the worldwide technology industry, noting the shifting boundaries between systems integrators and technology product companies and the future consequences of emerging new service delivery technologies.
Presented by TSIA, the technology services industry’s largest and most vibrant association, TSE 2010 served as a platform for insight and discussion among senior management from global technology leaders including Capgemini, Dell, EMC, Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi Data Systems, Microsoft, Motorola, Siemens, Symantec, Vovici, and Xerox. Keynotes were also delivered by TSIA president and CEO J.B. Wood and TSIA executive director Thomas Lah.
