JDA Software Receives SEC Clearance of Registration Statement in Its Acquisition of i2 Technologies

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JDA^® Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS) today announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission has concluded its review of the Registration Statement on Form S-4 in connection with JDA's acquisition of i2 Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITWO). An amended Form S-4 was filed and became effective on December 22, 2009. A special meeting of the i2 stockholders to approve the transaction has been set for January 28, 2010.
