GameStop to Host Midnight Openings for Brütal Legend and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves

GRAPEVINE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GameStop (NYSE: GME), the world’s largest video game and entertainment software retailer, today announced that it will host midnight openings for Electronic Arts’ Brütal Legend and Sony’s Uncharted 2: Among Thieves at more than 800 stores nationwide. On Monday, Oct. 12, 2009, both action-thriving rock n’ roll junkies and thieving treasure-seekers can visit participating GameStop locations to be the first to get their hands on the new games.

Most participating GameStop locations will open at 10 p.m. local time; however, customers are asked to contact their local store to confirm the exact time of the event.
