WEST CHESTER, Pa.--()--First Chester County Corporation (the “Corporation”) (OTC: FCEC), parent company of First National Bank of Chester County, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sheryl S. Vittitoe as Chief Financial Officer for First National Bank of Chester County.

Ms. Vittitoe, 44, comes to FNBCC from Accume Partners LLC where she most recently was a Regional Managing Director for the firm’s Mid-Atlantic Practice. Prior to joining Accume Partners LLC, Ms. Vittitoe was Senior Vice President and Audit Director for Sovereign Bank and also has prior experience as Controller of a larger credit union. Ms. Vittitoe is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is certified by the Institute of Internal Auditors to perform quality assessment reviews. Ms. Vittitoe’s appointment was effective September 8, 2009.
