Resolution of Litigation Regarding “Blockles” Announced by Tetris Holding, LLC, The Tetris Company, LLC, BioSocia, Inc. and Charles Forman

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tetris Holding, LLC and The Tetris Company, LLC (collectively “The Tetris Company”) and BioSocia, Inc., and Charles Forman today announced jointly that they have resolved their litigation regarding BioSocia’s game “Blockles.” In the lawsuit, Tetris Holding, LLC and The Tetris Company asserted that “Blockles” infringed their valuable intellectual property rights in “Tetris.” While it disagrees with Tetris Holding, LLC’s and The Tetris Company, LLC’s assertions, as part of the settlement, BioSocia, Inc. has agreed to remove the disputed “Blockles” game from its website, OMGPOP.com, and will no longer make the game available through other websites that currently provide access to the game.
