Additionally, Carbon Motors is announcing an extension of the 2009 Pure Justice Tour. At each stop on the Pure Justice Tour, Carbon Motors and Snap-on will host an interactive “Customer Service Summit” meeting, allowing fleet administrators, shop managers and technicians to help design various aspects of the service model with the joint Carbon Motors and Snap-on team. Over 3,400 Carbon Council members across all 50 US States helped successfully design the Carbon E7 vehicle and a similar approach will be taken in developing the service model.
