Extends 2009 Pure Justice Tour with Focus on Customer Service Research

KENOSHA, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Carbon Motors Corporation, a new homeland security company, and Snap-on Incorporated (NYSE: SNA), a leading global innovator, manufacturer and marketer of tools, diagnostics, equipment, software and service solutions for professionals are pleased to announce a project to develop the service strategy for the Carbon E7, the world’s first purpose-built law enforcement patrol vehicle.

Additionally, Carbon Motors is announcing an extension of the 2009 Pure Justice Tour. At each stop on the Pure Justice Tour, Carbon Motors and Snap-on will host an interactive “Customer Service Summit” meeting, allowing fleet administrators, shop managers and technicians to help design various aspects of the service model with the joint Carbon Motors and Snap-on team. Over 3,400 Carbon Council members across all 50 US States helped successfully design the Carbon E7 vehicle and a similar approach will be taken in developing the service model.
