Apogee Interactive Adds Andrew Schechter as Regional Manager of Business Development

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apogee Interactive has expanded its senior account management team with the addition of Andrew Schechter as regional manager of business development. The Atlanta-based company is a leading provider of Web-based energy software to electric and gas utilities nationwide.

Schechter brings extensive Internet software and business applications experience to Apogee from his 10-year tenure at ExchangeBlvd.com. He first led sales, marketing, and business development for the company and served as its chief operating officer from 2004 until joining Apogee. The company specialized in providing scalable software solutions to equip businesses to launch and operate online auction platforms.

Schechter, his wife and two children reside in Duluth, GA. After hours, he coaches his son’s soccer team, drawing upon his experience as head soccer coach for Clark University. He was named NCAA soccer coach of the year while at Clark in 1998.
