Leading Conference Held in La Baule, France Links Technology Companies With European Partners

The event takes place June 3-5 at the Atlantia Convention Center in La Baule, France. Nair & Co.’s Vice President of Business Development, Stephen Wares, said the conference is especially relevant this year as Europe’s buying power for new and innovative technologies continues to be robust, despite the economic slump.

The conference kicks off with a European Business Workshop, which includes a presentation by Nair & Co.’s Client Services Director Liam Taylor. Scheduled to speak at 5:00 p.m. (CEST) on June 3, Taylor tackles key employment, legal, tax and compliance issues that companies must address when setting up in Europe. The workshop is to be held at the hotel Hermitage Barriere. Also attending from Nair & Co. are Mark Kent, director EMEA and Andrew Doyle, business development executive.

Held in conjunction with the World Investment Conference, GTS is one of the few platforms to provide companies one-on-one meetings with major European corporations that are looking for distribution partnerships, strategic alliances, investments or technology integration.

This year, the GTS is expected to attract over 1000 high-level officials, business leaders, and journalists.
