The transaction fees ProPay charges are determined by the seller’s eBay PowerSeller tier. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, the fees are:

• Bronze – 3.1% and $0.30 USD per transaction
• Silver – 2.7% and $0.30 USD per transaction
• Gold – 2.4% and $0.30 USD per transaction
• Platinum – 2.4% and $0.30 USD per transaction

The transaction fees for processing American Express will be slightly higher than those listed above.
