Dr. Idris Badmus Joins XYTOS Inc. as Director

Founder and President of the African Center Foundation, CEO of the African Network Inc. and the Afrosea Seafood Group Joins Companys Board and agrees to serve as its Chief Scientific Officer

INDIANAPOLIS--()--XYTOS, Inc. (OTC:XYTS), announced today that Dr. Idris Olagoke Badmus has been appointed as a Director of the company and its Chief Scientific Officer.

Dr. Badmus has a first degree in Virology from the University Of Ilorin and a Doctorate in Pharmacology, he is the founder and President of the African Center Foundation (ACF) which has over 200,000 members and is presently active in seventeen countries working in the African communities to develop local industries and primary health care. ACF is also an organization in Consultative Status with The United Nations.

In addition to serving as President of ACF, Dr. Badmus is also the CEO of the African Network Inc. and the Afrosea Seafood Group, which operates Seafood Plants in West African countries of Guinea, the Gambia and Nigeria. In the last fifteen years, Dr. Badmus has developed an extensive network of companies active in the areas of marketing, distribution and food production in more than fifty African communities. Dr Badmus is also an award winning poet and author. His collection of poetry, The Vision of Peace has won awards from the International Society of Poets and other institutions, and his published works include the Bloody Robots, Black Scorpion and My World Series. In 1994, Dr. Badmus started an international News Magazine called Africa Today, which is published in English, French and Italian.
