BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Host.net, a leading provider of colocation, network transport and transit services, launched their new 7,000 square foot colocation center providing business customers with a facility which rivals the best in the business. The new colocation facility is on the current Boca Raton campus which currently includes the phase I and II colocation centers which are at capacity.
The center incorporates the newest Liebert technology in precision cooling and uninterruptible conditioned power. It also has a three-step fire detection and suppression system using VESDA, FIKE ECARO-25 and a Tyco double interlocking pre-action system. The building is protected by a 225 mph wind-resistant roof system and is served by a multitude of fiber optic providers via multiple entrance facilities. Host.net now offers secure cage space for large enterprise clients and technology providers along with ¼, ½, and full size locking cabinets. Customers have access to the highly secure facility 24/7 which is staffed by Host.net’s technical staff.
