BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Through his investment company, Javan Capital Partners LLC, 19 year old Artin Afsharjavan, owner of the Bethesda Persian restaurant Javan, has agreed to purchase The Countertop Company Inc., a retail operation selling granite countertops in 8 locations in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. The sale is complete, and Javan Capital Partnership assumed ownership on February 1st.
