Sandra Loder, Esq. Named General Counsel for Clear Choice Health Plans, Inc.

BEND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clear Choice Health Plans, Inc. (OTCBB: CCHN) is pleased to announce that Sandra Loder, Esq. has accepted the position as General Counsel for Clear Choice Health Plans. As a member of the executive team, Sandra will provide direction on all aspects of legal affairs, lead corporate strategy and tactical legal initiatives, manage complex business transactions and critical contract negotiations, and oversee risk management. Sandra has been with Clear Choice Health Plans nearly four years where she previously held the position of Chief Information Officer.

Sandra brings extensive business experience to her position at Clear Choice Health Plans, including previous positions in finance, corporate law and information technology. Prior to joining Clear Choice, Sandra managed information technology projects throughout the US and Europe for a large consumer company in Los Angeles, supervised European financial institutions for the Bank of England in London, and practiced corporate law in Washington, DC. Sandra earned her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and obtained her MBA from UCLA.
