Restaurants & Institutions Announces 2007 Consumers’ Choice in Chains Winners

3,100+ Consumers Rate Chain Restaurants

OAK BROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Restaurants & Institutions (www.rimag.com) has announced the winners of its 27th annual Consumers’ Choice in Chains study. Full results will be available at www.rimag.com September 15^th.

In the study, more than 3,100 consumers rated over 120 chain restaurants on eight customer satisfaction attributes: food quality, menu variety, value, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, reputation and convenience. Winners were ranked as platinum, gold or silver winners in 13 menu categories:
