Arch Insurance Group Introduces New Private Company Management Liability Coverage

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arch Insurance Group, a member of Arch Capital Group Ltd., today announced it is offering a new product for private companies.

Arch Corporate Canopy^sm is a multi-cover policy specially designed to help private companies combat an array of risks. From employee suits relating to discrimination and wrongful termination, to breach of fiduciary duty, creditor suits, bankruptcy and computer fraud – Arch Corporate Canopy provides protection against claims that could potentially devastate a private company’s bottom-line.

The policy has four (4) components: Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Crime Insurance.

Companies can select these coverages on a stand-alone or on a shared limit basis.

Coverage highlights include: optional third-party EPL coverage, broad definitions of claim and loss, broad severability and worldwide coverage.
