EnerNOC Files for Initial Public Offering

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EnerNOC, Inc. announced yesterday that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The shares will be sold by EnerNOC and certain selling stockholders.

The underwriters for the offering are led by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated as joint book-running managers, with Canaccord Adams Inc., and Jefferies & Company, Inc. acting as co-managers.
