BACKGROUND: Some of the nation's top African-American journalists will get a taste of the flavor Dallas, punctuated with visits to the finest and hottest restaurants with chefs of color including Cosmo Rouge in the Bishop Arts District and Abacus in the Knox-Henderson area; cultural experiences at the African American Museum and The Dallas Museum of Art; a spiritual experience with one of Dallas' nationally known mega churches, shopping at the incredible Neiman Marcus "mothership" as well as attend the grand opening of the new wing at North Park Center; and finally nightlife and entertainment.
