Ms. Dumas joins Paul, Weiss from the National Basketball Players Association where she was director of career planning. Prior to that, she worked at Goldman Sachs developing strategy and managing firmwide diversity recruiting programs and initiatives. Ms. Dumas received a B.A. in economics from Spelman College in 1991 and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School Of Law in 1995.
Paul, Weiss was ranked as one of the five most diverse law firms in the country by the 2005 Minority Law Journal's Diversity Scorecard survey, and was the subject of the Minority Law Journal's Diversity Scorecard cover article in 2004 for its successful diversity efforts.
