Symbion to Participate in the Credit Suisse First Boston 2004 Healthcare Conference

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 2004--Symbion, Inc. (NASDAQ/NM:SMBI), an owner and operator of surgery centers, announced today that it will participate in the Credit Suisse First Boston 2004 Healthcare Conference to be held November 17 - 19, 2004, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Richard E. Francis, Jr., chairman and chief executive officer of Symbion, Inc., and Kenneth C. Mitchell, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will give a presentation on the Company.
