As part of the purchase agreement, Tdsoft has assumed the related rights and obligations to Be Connected's existing customers -- Service Providers who own and run access networks based on the TAS product. In addition, Tdsoft and Telrad Networks have signed a reseller agreement whereby Telrad's System Integration arm, PNR will resell and distribute the TAS and other Tdsoft products in the many geographic areas where Telrad is well known for its first-rate system integration services.
