Human BioSystems Signs Exclusive Sales Agreement with Precision Biometrics

PALO ALTO, Calif.--()--Feb. 3, 2004--Human BioSystems, (OTCBB:HBSC) a biomedical company conducting research to extend the shelf life of blood platelets and donor organs, announced today that it has signed an exclusive sales consulting agreement with Precision Biometrics, Inc. of San Carlos, California to market and sell their MyoVision product line in Russia and neighboring countries. The agreement is renewable for succeeding one-year periods upon mutual agreement.

"The MyoVision technology, developed under a grant from the NIH, provides the doctor with a simple, easy to use system for evaluating the muscular response to injury and to aid in the rehabilitation process," David Marcarian, CEO of Precision Biometrics, said. "Based upon solid EKG technology, the MyoVision has been providing electrodiagnostic solutions since 1989."

“Based upon solid EKG technology, the MyoVision has been providing electrodiagnostic solutions since 1989.”

"We chose Human BioSystems to represent our products in Eastern European countries because they already have an established presence in Russia and have been there for the past 5 years," Marcarian said.

"It's a perfect fit for us in this time of changing priorities because our platelet testing efforts at our Russian facility is coming to a close as we shift our priority from in-vitro testing to human infusion testing, which will be done in the U.S.," said Harry Masuda, Human BioSystems CEO.

"This will allow our facility in Russia to generate revenue and establish a base for the MyoVision products in a growing market for unique medical diagnostic products."
