The OMNIA solution provides integrated customer care and billing, service order management, automated switch provisioning and other advanced features. With OMNIA, Duo County Telephone will be able to offer one of the most flexible and robust customer care solutions to meet the needs of its customers. This will be accomplished through flexible, table-driven products and pricing features included within OMNIA.
"We were looking for an OSS solution that would give us the ability to provide efficient Customer Care for the ever changing service offerings and provide us the platform to meet the needs of our customers today and in the future," said Daryl Hammond, Controller, Duo County Telephone.
Along with OMNIA, Duo County will also be using OASIS, Martin Group's automated provisioning tool. OASIS will allow Duo County Telephone's service provisioning process to be more efficient and to perform automated switch-to-billing system audits on a regular basis. This automated process will significantly reduce the time and expense required to perform these audits.
"OMNIA provides the flexibility Duo County requires to respond quickly to their business needs in the changing telecommunications environment," said Jim Odom, CEO, Martin Group. "The most successful companies are market-driven. Duo County Telephone's decision to implement OMNIA for its operation endorses Martin Group's approach to building OSS systems that allow service providers to quickly adapt to their market."
