Clearwater Analytics to Announce First Quarter 2026 Financial Results on May 7, 2026

BOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clearwater Analytics Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWAN), (“CWAN” or the “Company”), the most comprehensive technology platform for investment management, will release financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026 after the U.S. financial markets close on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

As a result of the execution of a definitive agreement (the “Merger Agreement”) pursuant to which an investor group led by Permira and Warburg Pincus will acquire all of the outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock in an all-cash transaction (the “Proposed Transaction”), as announced on December 21, 2025, the Company will not host an earnings conference call or webcast to discuss its first quarter 2026 financial results nor provide forward-looking guidance.

CWAN has scheduled a special meeting of stockholders for Wednesday, May 6, 2026, to vote on a proposal to adopt the Merger Agreement and other related matters. Further details about the Proposed Transaction are available in the Definitive Proxy Statement filed on April 8, 2026. The Company currently anticipates completing the Proposed Transaction in the second quarter of 2026.
