Wealthspire builds momentum following formation of unified firm backed by Madison Dearborn Partners
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wealthspire announces the appointment of its executive leadership team to guide the firm’s next phase of integration and growth. In addition to previously announced appointments of Mike LaMena as chief executive officer and Carl Nelson as president, Wealthspire has named:
- Mike Goss, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO): Mike will be serving in a dual role as both the CRO and the president of Wealthspire Institutional, which includes Wealthspire Retirement Advisory. As CRO, he is focused on creating a unified go-to-market strategy across private wealth, institutional advisory, retirement solutions and business management to drive organic growth and cross-business collaboration.
- Brad Long, CFA®, Chief Investment Officer: Brad leads the integrated investment function. He is responsible for driving investment philosophy, portfolio construction and manager research to deliver consistent, risk-aligned results for clients across all segments.
- Brett Schneider, Chief Financial Officer: Brett oversees financial strategy, reporting, capital allocation and performance management. He is responsible for ensuring financial discipline and resiliency while enabling scalable growth and long-term value creation.
- Veronica Moo, General Counsel: Veronica will lead legal, regulatory and governance matters to support a scalable, risk-aware operating model.
- Nataly Sogoloff, Chief People Officer: Nataly will champion culture, talent development and people systems to attract, develop and retain top industry talent.
- Steve Frampton, Chief Technology Officer: Steve leads platform modernization, data strategy, cybersecurity and advisor/client technology enablement. He is responsible for building a seamless digital ecosystem that enhances efficiency, safeguards information and elevates the advisor and client experience.
- Angela Giombetti, Chief Marketing Officer: Angela drives brand strategy, lead generation and communication across stakeholders. She is responsible for amplifying the firm’s market presence and growth ambitions through integrated marketing, reputation management and client-centric storytelling.
- Brent Perkel, Head of Corporate Development: Brent will oversee firmwide strategic initiatives, partnerships and enterprise planning. He is responsible for identifying and operationalizing opportunities that strengthen the firm’s competitive positioning and expand its market footprint.
- Chris DiMeo, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions: Chris will lead the firm’s strategy on acquisitions and integrations aligned to Wealthspire’s vision and values. He is responsible for building and executing a disciplined M&A pipeline that supports accelerated growth while ensuring thoughtful cultural and operational integration.
Each of Wealthspire’s business line segments—Wealth (U.S. and Canada), Institutional, Retirement, and Business Management—also maintains dedicated leadership structures to ensure focus, accountability and specialized execution within their respective markets.
