Media Advisory: FHLB Dallas to Award $271K in Grants to Eight DFW Nonprofits

IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), along with six of its member financial institutions, will award $271,000 in 2025 Partnership Grant Program (PGP) funding to eight Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas-area nonprofits during a check presentation and media event on Thursday, October 16.

The following nonprofits received grants:

  • 3-N-1 Trinity Services Inc., DeSoto: $39,000
  • ConqHer Inc., Lancaster: $9,000
  • South Dallas Fair Park Innercity Community Development Corp. (ICDC), Dallas: $30,000
  • SouthFair Community Development Corp. (SouthFair CDC), Dallas: $64,000
  • Texas Homes Community Development Corp. & Community Land Trust (Texas Homes CDC), Garland: $30,000
  • The Golden SEEDS Foundation, Dallas: $30,000
  • Your Discovery Place Inc., Dallas: $9,000
  • Zan Wesley Holmes, Jr. Community Outreach Center, Dallas: $60,000

The PGP offers up to a 5:1 match of member contributions—up to $25,000 per FHLB Dallas member—to support community-based organizations involved in affordable housing or economic development activities that complement other FHLB Dallas community investment programs.
