Commercial Litigator and Appellate Attorney Brett C. Gilmore Joins Dorsey in Phoenix

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dorsey & Whitney LLP continues to expand its Phoenix office with the arrival of Litigation Partner Brett C. Gilmore, the international law firm announced today.

Brett’s practice covers many areas of civil litigation, including business and contract disputes, public records requests, restrictive covenants, legal malpractice, employment matters, intellectual property, and appeals. Brett comes to Dorsey from Fennemore Craig, where he was a Director. Before joining Fennemore, he was a Judicial Law Clerk for Vice Chief Justice A. John Pelander of the Arizona Supreme Court. Brett received his J.D. from University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where he graduated second in his class and received summa cum laude distinction. Brett was born and raised in Salt Lake City, where he attended the University of Utah and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science.
