Guardian Expands Its Focus on Senior Housing, Hires Abbey Kent as VP of Senior Living

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guardian, a leader in the Pacific Northwest for real estate development, management, and investment, is pleased to announce the hiring of Abbey Kent as Vice President of Senior Living.

Guardian continues to expand their position in the senior housing sector and Kent will support the mission of providing the highest level of sophistication, experience, and value to residents. She will oversee existing independent living facilities, with a focus on expanding Guardian’s presence in the senior housing sector by exploring new management contracts, acquisitions, and development projects in the coming years.

Kent’s experience in the senior housing industry is extensive. She held leadership positions in several organizations, including the Corporate Director of Operations and Marketing at Seasons Management where she oversaw operations and marketing for multiple senior housing communities. She also served as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Regency Pacific Management where her portfolio included senior living communities across several states.
