Federman & Sherwood Investigates DG3 North America, Inc. for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into DG3 North America, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On or about March 19, 2024, DG3 North America, Inc. discovered suspicious activity on certain network systems and determined they were experiencing a cyber incident. DG3 North America, Inc. immediately launched an investigation to determine the full nature and scope of the event. The investigation determined that certain personal information was accessed and/or copied from its systems between February 5^, 2024, and February 22, 2024.
