A 30-year federal business development and operational leader, Carlson will oversee the company’s transformative growth initiatives, guiding the development and implementation of strategic growth plans.

Most recently, Carlson led the Northeast Region Business Development Operations for COLSA Corporation, where she successfully opened new markets and built strategic partnership opportunities.
