CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Surge for Water, a 501c3 nonprofit based in Chicago and Dubai, invests in communities with safe water, sanitation, hygiene, and menstrual health solutions, hosts its annual gala at Moonlight Studios, September 24, 2022, in Chicago.
With a “Vintage Circus” theme, attendees will be awed by jugglers, stilt walkers, tarot card readers, and more. More importantly, proceeds will support Surge’s commitment to providing life’s basic needs to communities around the world. At the event and online, there will even be a chance to donate to specific projects like building a school toilet, rehabilitating a water well, providing water filters to families, and more.
Surge for Water Executive Director and Founder Shilpa Alva said, “This year's "Vintage Circus" themed gala is bound to be one of the most fun and meaningful events of the fall. We're looking forward to gathering as a community to celebrate Surge's accomplishments and to raise funds and awareness for our critical mission, so we can continue to make a sustainable difference around the world.”
There are two ticket levels, VIP dinner and cocktail reception. VIP dinner tickets are $185 each and offer a three-course gourmet dinner with wine and beer as well as conversations with Surge's founder and board. Dinner tickets include access to the cocktail party. Early bird cocktail party tickets are $85 each until September 12 and feature sweet and savory hor d'oeuvres; an open bar featuring wine, beer & cocktails; a DJ; casino games; a silent auction; and themed experiences.
