This sophisticated industrial complex with 5 buildings (3 existing and 2 new) required extensive improvements, multiple phases and a host of permits, all based on licensing diagrams provided by MCTIGUE in collaboration with the Client.

“The Technical challenge here was to combine the remodeling and improving of existing buildings, with the new infrastructure needed for a large, multi-functional grow facility, that requires intense lighting, irrigation and HVAC systems,” said Pedrick. “Assembling the best team to do the job is paramount, as is the protocol to use the best communication scheme.”
