Platform empowers agents to focus on sales and leads while assist teams help manage listings, social media, contracts and more

CHICAGO--()--Baird & Warner, Illinois’ largest family-owned independent real estate services company, today announced the rollout of a new sophisticated, multifaceted support system called Baird & Warner balance that pairs agents with myriad on-demand services to make their day-to-day lives easier – from help with managing listings and social media to support with administrative needs and sales contracts through closing and beyond.

Through the new system, the firm’s agents can delegate tasks to highly trained Baird & Warner specialists as well as fellow licensed agents – who are best in their field and dedicated to helping them create a better work-life balance while achieving their business goals.

Broker Support Team

Through the Broker Support Team, agents can find an array of services on the buyer side – such as assistance with showings, home inspections or final walkthroughs – and the seller side, including appraisals and professional photography. Those taking advantage of the Broker Support Team will be paired with a licensed and certified Baird & Warner agent who can help manage and schedule tasks only a licensed agent can handle.

Contract Care

Baird & Warner agents can order the Contract Care package to work with contract specialists trained to handle every detail of the process – from executed contract to closing. A Baird & Warner specialist will take the contract process off an agent’s plate and coordinate lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, specialized contractors and more.

Get Social

Through the Get Social package, marketing experts will provide a social media presence and help agents engage with existing and potential clients. They’ll leverage a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, to help generate more business.

Listing Launch

Baird & Warner agents using the Listing Launch package simply need to fill out a form with all relevant listing information, and then their personal specialist can handle every detail, including paperwork, marketing, professional photography and more.

Luxury Listing Launch

For listings of $1 million and up, a listing specialist will help agents with everything from the traditional Listing Launch package, plus use tools and resources powered by Luxury Portfolio International, the luxury marketing division of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, the largest network of premier locally branded real estate companies.
