CenTrak, Inc. and Sonitor Technologies, Inc. Settle Their Litigation

GREENWICH, Conn.--()--CenTrak, Inc. and Sonitor Technologies, Inc. announced today that they have settled all claims between them in their litigation pending in the United State District Court for the District of Delaware. The terms of the settlement are confidential, but the parties report that their agreement frees each company’s products from claims of patent infringement and resolves all disputes between them.
