Hughes will lead ADC’s sales, customer success, partner, marketing, and HR teams to align and drive the company’s go-to-market strategy. Hughes brings with him a 25+ year history of scaling enterprise tech companies that deliver outstanding customer value while driving profitability and growth. Prior to ADC, Hughes founded ManageForce, a market-leading application management and cloud service provider that was acquired by Centrilogic. Prior to founding his own company, Hughes built his career in the highly competitive enterprise software sales world with hyper-growth enterprise companies like Oracle, Ariba (now SAP), and managed services provider, Data Intensity.
At ADC, Hughes will play a critical role in managing revenue growth, business development, and customer success as the company continues to focus on providing innovation for total store operations in the food technology market while also growing market share in both the grocery and convenience retail space.
