NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") and KSF partner, the former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., remind investors that they have only until July 19, 2021 to file lead plaintiff applications in a securities class action lawsuit against Ubiquiti Inc. (NYSE: UI), if they purchased the Company’s shares between January 11, 2021 and March 30, 2021, inclusive (the “Class Period”). This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

The case is Molder v. Ubiquiti Inc., et al., No. 1:21-cv-04520.
