CHICAGO & PHILADELPHIA & SAN DIEGO & DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CG Life, an integrated digital marketing and communications agency specializing in life science and healthcare, has appointed seasoned public relations executive Susan Stipa to the role of Executive Vice President of Public Relations. Her appointment will help drive the company’s growth in the area of strategic communications at a critical time as life science and healthcare organizations reemerge and begin engaging key audiences once again.
Since 2015, Stipa led and grew her Philadelphia-based science communications agency, McDAY, which CG Life acquired in early 2020. She has continued to lead the firm as a wholly owned subsidiary of CG Life since the acquisition. With her appointment as leader of the combined public relations group at CG Life, the McDAY brand will be retired and absorbed into CG Life.
“With the success Susan has experienced in Philadelphia, we were smart enough to not rock that boat, opting instead to support her as he has operated independently. A chemical process engineer by trade with more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Stipa has combined technical knowledge, communication expertise, team-building and leadership throughout her career. For the past five years, she has served on the board of PDE, pharma’s oldest trade association. Previously, she was SVP and Commercial Director for Foster Wheeler’s pharmaceutical division, and began her career path as a process engineer for Roche.
