Advanced risk, compliance and ESG program management is critical to an organization’s productivity, workplace culture and business success. These awards recognize and honor exceptional program performance and the results achieved by NAVEX Global’s customers.

The Customer Excellence Awards will acknowledge outstanding program performance among NAVEX Global customers in four categories:
Ethics and Compliance – Recognizes a compliance program that demonstrates an extraordinarily positive impact on workplace culture, productivity and overall organizational success.
Integrated Risk Management – Recognizes an integrated risk management program or system implementation that demonstrates a superior positive impact on the organization’s ability to identify, assess and mitigate serious business or operational risks.
Environmental, Social and Governance – Recognizes an environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiative and reporting program that demonstrates leadership in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
Integrated, Enterprise-Wide Risk and Compliance – Recognizes a comprehensive, integrated risk and compliance program that demonstrates forward-thinking leadership through a comprehensive, integrated risk and compliance (IRCM) program.

Finalists will be announced in August; winners will be honored during the 2021 NAVEX Next Virtual Conference in October. The winners will be selected from a panel of judges comprised of NAVEX Global executives—Carrie Penman, chief risk & compliance officer, and Steve Chapman, chief customer officer—and risk, compliance and ESG program experts.
