SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clarify Health, a leading enterprise analytics company delivering real-world insights to healthcare organizations, announced the joining of Adrienne Cooper as Chief People Officer and Nadeem Ahmed as Chief Revenue Officer. Ahmed brings over 30 years of experience in building sales organizations across healthcare and life sciences, while Cooper brings more than 20 years of diverse experience working as an agile executive operator leading people operations, product management, and sales.
Cooper and Ahmed’s joining marks a new milestone in Clarify Health’s growth as it accelerates the adoption of its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions platform with payers, providers, and life sciences companies. The Clarify platform powers a set of highly automated, self-service business applications that enable healthcare organizations to drive growth, optimize networks, improve care delivery, manage population health, maximize value-based care performance, and successfully bring therapies to market.
“I’m excited to welcome Adrienne and Nadeem to the Clarify family as proven and forward-thinking leaders,” said Jean Drouin, MD, CEO and co-founder of Clarify Health. “Their expertise and experience building world-class teams will be instrumental as we continue to expand our reach across healthcare organizations and impact the health outcomes of millions of patients.”
“I was drawn to Clarify by a combination of the technology and the people. Clarify’s founders have assembled a team that possesses a deep understanding of the challenges that healthcare faces because of the burdensome legacy model of buying raw data and analyzing it with manual tools. Clarify is able to deliver rapid time-to-value for its customers – that is rare to find in healthcare analytics,” said Ahmed. Previously, Ahmed led the founding of the healthcare and life sciences sales organization at Salesforce, growing it to hundreds of sellers during his tenure. Before joining Salesforce, Ahmed served as the general manager and founder of Dell-owned Xwave Solution’s healthcare division, growing the business to over $100M in revenue.
“I am thrilled to be joining a company that has an amazing team, innovative technology, and a strong culture of learning and collaboration,” said Cooper. “With its collection of real-world patient journeys and advanced machine-learning technology, Clarify is in a unique position to change the way insights are created and accessed in healthcare in the U.S.” Prior to Clarify, Adrienne spent over 15 years at Allstate Insurance leading growth and market expansion teams. She then went on to lead the agile transformation of the engineering and product teams for global tech company, Park Assist. Most recently, Adrienne built the people operations team for a scaling digital content publisher, Fit Small Business, which was named one of Forbes Best Startup Employers.
