WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inkhouse, an integrated public relations, social media and content agency, today announced the promotion of Tiffany Darmetko to executive vice president, client services, and interim general manager of the agency’s New York City office.
In her new role, Darmetko will oversee client services agency wide, with a focus on creativity and excellence in strategy and execution. She’ll provide insights that support Inkhouse’s ability to anticipate and exceed the needs of clients, specifically CMOs and VPs of Marketing. In tandem, she will continue to evolve Inkhouse’s measurement capabilities in ways that best assess and display the business impact of client work.
Recognizing retention and growth go hand-in-hand, Darmetko will also serve as interim general manager of Inkhouse’s New York City office where she will spearhead the search for an SVP to manage that office. She also supports business development for the firm’s technology clients.
Darmetko has more than a decade’s worth of experience helping tech innovators—both emerging-growth and established companies—to differentiate themselves and succeed in competitive markets through targeted and aggressive integrated communications programs. Darmetko advanced Inkhouse’s reporting system to incorporate metrics such as SEO and website conversion into clients’ quarterly measurement reports to demonstrate the ROI of modern PR.
