UKG Earns 100% on Corporate Equality Index, Named Among Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality

LOWELL, Mass., & WESTON, Fla.--()--UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), a leading global provider of HCM, payroll, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions, announced today that it earned a perfect score of 100% on the 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a top U.S. benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. The 100% score designates UKG as a 2021 Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.

In scoring the 2021 CEI, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation evaluated more than 1,100 organizations across the United States on a variety of categories related to the treatment of LGBTQ individuals, including Workplace Protections, Inclusive Benefits, Supporting an Inclusive Culture, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Responsible Citizenship.

As part of its commitment to caring for all employees and providing comprehensive benefits at every stage of their careers and lives, UKG offers:
