BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OV Loop, Inc., the connected commerce company, announced today the acquisition of Push Pay, Inc. d/b/a PayFi, the first fintech company to offer U.S. banks and commercial enterprises RTP capabilities for instant and lower-cost financial transactions.
