CENTURY CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prospera Law, LLP, a Los Angeles based full service law firm is pleased to announce the expansion of its litigation practice by adding nine attorneys and creating a new Healthcare Litigation Practice Group. The new group is headed by Richard (“Richie”) Decker, a seasoned litigator with over thirty years of experience defending multi-million dollar claims and obtaining multi-million dollar awards. The new Healthcare Litigation Practice Group will focus on litigation matters involving the full range of managed care and plan provider disputes, select white-collar defense issues, ERISA litigation, as well as health care issues related to business strategies. Richie joined Prospera Law with partners David E. Mead and Marc Berkemeier, and six associate attorneys.
