OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into cbdMD, Inc. (NYSE American: YCBD, YCBD PR A), and its subsidiary CBD Industries, LLC relating to a data breach announced by the Company. cbdMD is a producer and distributor of cannabidol (CBD) products. cbdMD, Inc. revealed that its e-commerce platform underlying their online retail sales webpage, cbdmd.com, was modified to include malicious code. This malicious code created a risk that customers’ personal information was wrongfully acquired by third parties. The personal information at risk could include your name, email address, billing address, credit or debit card number, expiration date and card security code and/or bank account number. If you placed an order with cbdmd.com from March 30, 2020 through May 8, 2020 and May 14, 2020 through May 18, 2020 you could be at risk.
