(NYSE: VICI) (“VICI Properties” or the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share of common stock, representing an annualized amount of $1.32 per share and a 10.9% increase from the current dividend rate. The dividend will be payable on October 8, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2020.
