Superior Plus Announces July 2020 Cash Dividend and Details for Superior’s Second Quarter 2020 Results Conference Call

Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior”) (TSX: SPB) today announced its cash dividend for the month of July 2020 of $0.06 per share payable on August 14, 2020. The record date is July 31, 2020 and the ex-dividend date will be July 30, 2020. Superior’s annualized cash dividend rate is currently $0.72 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
