Brand Reputation Leader Chatmeter Continues to Grow Leadership Team to Support 680% Revenue Growth

Additions to financial, healthcare, and strategic partnership teams support growing need among brands for more strategic local brand management technology

SAN DIEGO--()--Chatmeter, the leader in local search marketing and reputation management, today announced several key appointments and promotions to its leadership team including the new hires of John Fitzgerald, Chief Financial Officer; Tehsin Daya, Head of Strategic Partnerships; and Giselle Bardwell, Head of Healthcare. The new appointments, partnered with the recent promotions of Cynthia Sener to Chief Revenue Officer and Jared Norris to Vice President of Operations, are reflective of the company’s consistent scaling and a 680% revenue growth since pivoting the technology to support multi-location businesses five years ago.

The expanded leadership team and recent promotions cement Chatmeter’s expertise in the local reputation market across retail, restaurants, financial services, auto, as well as an increased focus on healthcare. This includes the just launched Crisis Management Program for Healthcare, which offers up to $5 million in free services to help health organizations reach nearby patients and mitigate the risks of delayed care amidst the COVID-19 emergency.

The expanded Chatmeter leadership team includes the former CFO for Mapp Digital, former US VP of Business Development for Uberall and former Vice President of Consumer Experience & Digital Marketing Services for Healthgrades.

John Fitzgerald, Chief Financial Officer – Fitzgerald, the new Chief Financial Officer of Chatmeter, brings over 20 years of experience working with growth-stage technology and digital media companies, having managed integral areas of business, including capital fundraising, acquisitions and divestitures, investor relations, strategic planning efforts, and business operations. Over the course of his career with venture-backed companies, John has raised over $200 million and has managed financial operations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Prior to Chatmeter, John was Chief Financial Officer of Mapp Digital. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, LLP and held the Chief Financial Officer role for: Verve, Brickfish, Veoh Networks, and BakBone Software.

Tehsin Daya, Head of Strategic Partnerships – Daya brings more than 15 years of experience in SaaS and location marketing. Before joining Chatmeter, Tehsin was the US VP of Business Development for Uberall and held multiple roles prior at ReachLocal, including being a member of the corporate strategy team, as well as leading the partner channel sales team. Tehsin holds a BA from Indiana University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Giselle Bardwell, Head of Healthcare – Bardwell has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and technology/SaaS marketing, strategic planning, and agency operations. Prior to joining Chatmeter, Giselle held various leadership and executive roles at Influence Health, which was recently acquired by Healthgrades. At Chatmeter, Giselle is responsible for the development and execution of an effective business strategy specific to the healthcare market and for leading the Crisis Management Program for Healthcare, Chatmeter’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic. She graduated from John Carroll University with a business degree in Accounting.

Recent promotions on the Chatmeter leadership team include new roles of Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Operations:

Cynthia Sener, Chief Revenue Officer - Sener, previously the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Chatmeter, has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, bringing nearly 25 years of experience to her new role with a background in local SEO, product development, strategic marketing, revenue generation, and sales. Sener’s customer-centric approach to driving business value, growth and revenue will continue to support Chatmeter’s expansion into new verticals. She was also recently awarded Marketing Tech Executive of the Year by the DMN Awards, which honors some of the biggest names in the agency and marketing technology world. Sener joined Chatmeter from a previous role as VP of operations and product at Rio SEO and has held leadership roles at data-centric organizations such as Acxiom, Hanley Wood, and Constellation Software.

Jared Norris, Vice President of Operations – Norris, the newly promoted Vice President of Operations at Chatmeter, brings 13 years of experience in building customer-obsessed teams and products to Chatmeter. Norris has proven success in growing and scaling business operations for startups, Pre-IPO and Post-IPO companies. His 13 years of experience includes time spent at The Active Network and Medallia across Product, Customer Experience, Professional Services, Sales Leadership, and GM roles.
