A Gold Award in Customer Service Training Team of the Year - External – Financial Services Industries category highlighting the company’s tailored, multi-tiered training program designed to resolve product knowledge deficiencies, build a more productive, revenue-generating sales process and re-align management goals with overall expectations for a contact center management client.
