CBA will also file its annual report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission concurrently. Due to the pending combination with Anheuser-Busch, which was approved by CBA shareholders on February 25, 2020, CBA will not hold an earnings conference call and is suspending the practice of providing forward-looking guidance.
